I’m Dana McFarlin, a creative interior décor professional with a passion for home design. Both of my lovely grandmothers were inspirational women. Though there were times when they didn’t have much, their homes were always places of peaceful refuge for their families. Fleming Smith Style Studio is named in honor of these elegant women who taught their children and grandchildren the joy of a beautiful home.

    Bundled Services at a Flat Rate

    The Cottage Package

    $300

    Package includes a 30 minute virtual consultation to discuss intended use of the space, lifestyle considerations, budget, preferences on colors and decor styles, use of any currently owned pieces in the design, a customized mood board and floor plan, one round of edits, and links to purchase all items used in the design proposal.

    The Villa Package

    $450

    Package includes a 60 minute in person consultation to discuss intended use of the space, lifestyle considerations, budget, preferences on colors and decor styles, use of any currently owned pieces in the design, a customized mood board and floor plan, 2 rounds of edits, and links to purchase all items used in the design proposal.

    The Manor Package

    $750

    Package includes a 90 minute in person consultation to discuss intended use of the space, lifestyle considerations, budget, preferences on colors and decor styles, use of any currently owned pieces in the design, a customized mood board and floor plan, 3 rounds of edits, links to purchase all items in the design proposal, 6 hours of personal shopping, and up to 6 hours for the final installation. 

    Packages are priced per room with pricing based on a predetermined number of hours to complete the project. Additional time will be billed at the hourly rate.
